Return Policy
Cancelling an order
We accept the cancellation of orders before the product has been shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, a full refund will be given. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete the return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer.
Customers only pay once for shipping costs (including returns); No restocking fees are charged for returned products.
Refund (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email. We'll also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied. Upon approval, the refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially registered. Then contact your bank, as it often takes a few days for the refund to appear. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at service@bodioras.com.

If the return is due to the customer, the customer must pay the shipping costs themselves. The exact amount depends on the chosen shipping provider.
If the products are damaged or wrong because of us, the customer does not have to pay the shipping cost.
