Shipping Policy

When can I expect to receive my order?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 working days after the order is placed.  Delivery is made between 10 and 20 working days after the date of shipment, depending on the availability of the carrier and the destination.  We apologize for any delays in delivery that may occur if the shipment needs to be cleared through customs or inspected, or due to delays on the part of the carrier.


How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to your confirmation email once the shipment has been shipped.  You can use this number to track your order on service@bodioras.com.


What are the shipping costs?

We charge a flat shipping fee of $2.99 for all destinations worldwide.


Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide.  However, if your country is not supported by our logistics, we will immediately inform you and make the necessary changes to your order.  For more information about destination countries, please contact us at service@bodioras.com.


How can I change the delivery address?

Address changes are possible until 23:00 (PDT, -7 GMT) on the day the order is placed.  You may contact us at service@bodioras.com to request such changes.


Can I have my order delivered to an address other than the billing address associated with my card?

Yes, it is possible.


How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped on weekdays with the exception of holidays.  Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Some of the products are shipped directly from our national warehouses, while the remaining items are produced and shipped directly from our own factories in the USA, Canada and Australia.
